XP3 downloads can be purchased in three different packages—5, 10, and 15 series. Each package comes with a one-year time period in which you can download series. For example, with a five series package you have one year in which you can select the five series you want to download. The 10 series package gives you one year in which you can download any 10 series and the 15 series package allows you a one year period to download your 15 series. XP3 users can pick and choose the series they want to teach in the order they want to teach them. Once the one-year subscription has expired, your ability to download ends as well, even if you have not downloaded all your series. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

For example, if you sign up for the 15 series package, and you have 50 students, the total cost is $805. During that twelve-month period, you can download any 15 series you choose. This gives you the flexibility to pick and choose which series you want to teach, when you want to teach it, thus being customizable for your group. Licensing & Policies

LICENSING AGREEMENT
XP3 is provided by a non-profit organization. Its funding comes from licensing rights purchased by churches and organizations like yours. We request that all parties adhere to the policies outlined in the agreement on a "good faith" basis. The licensing agreement allows reproduction of printed materials for distribution to the students and families within your church's or organization's environments during the period for which the license is purchased and granted. We also give permission to teachers and leaders to customize editable materials within the doctrinal guidelines of our statement of faith. Churches and organizations are allowed to use all or any part of these resources for the purpose of creating a relevant environment for students participating in their programs.

DOWNLOADABLE PAGES
Payment of a licensing fee for XP3 materials entitles the user to limited access determined by license period purchased and use of resources on this web site. This access and use is restricted to employees and volunteers of the subscribing entity and may not be transferred or sold. Portions of the content on this site are editable text and may be changed to meet the implementation needs of the licensed entity only. Editing for the purpose of redistribution or repurposing is strictly prohibited.

DOWNLOADABLE FILES
Podcasts: The MPEG-layer 3 (mp3) format is an unsecured audio format. We provide MP3 format files as podcasts. The following restrictions apply:

• Local playback – unlimited
• Permission to burn podcasts to CD – unlimited within your organization
• Permission to transfer audio track to MP3 – enabled portable device-unlimited within your organization
• Any reproduction for commercial resale or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Art Files: All files can be uploaded to only password-protected web sites to make available to your teachers and volunteers. If this is not available, we suggest you create a secondary user for your leaders to be able to access the files on the XP3 site.

REFUND POLICY:
All XP3 license terms are determined by license period purchased and use of resources on this web site.

Cancellations are accepted within 60 days of account sign-up.

Should you choose to cancel within 60 days of start of license, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied.

Additionally, you will be charged $125 for every series you have downloaded. A download is defined as any component of a series that has been downloaded by any user on the account.

Any refund will consist of your original license fee minus the cancellation and download fees.

Only one cancellation per curriculum license is allowed per organization.
